Delivery & Costs

Shipments in the Netherlands and Belgium are sent with PostNL.

 

Only letterbox parcels to the Netherlands that are packed after 5 p.m. are sent with DHL to guarantee next-day delivery.

Unless we see that there are strikes and/or delays at PostNL, we will temporarily send everything with DHL to prevent delays.

Please note: did you not receive your package completely? Always report this within 72 hours of receipt. After 72 hours, we may decline applications.

 

Have you not received your package 2 working days after the original delivery day or have you not received a track & trace code in your email after 24 hours? Send an email to info@Travel-icious.com and we will help you as soon as possible.

 

As a customer you are responsible for providing a correct address that can also receive packages in the evening. Therefore, always state the company name. Shipments to business addresses are at your own risk. Don’t want to have your package delivered at home? Then choose a collection point in the PostNL app.

 

Have you pre-ordered a product? Then the complete package will be delivered on the expected delivery date. This is always indicated on the product page. If you have an order with multiple products, the entire order will only be shipped when the pre-order product is in stock.

 

The moment your order is shipped, you will immediately receive an e-mail from the carrier with your track & trace code. You can track your order to the door here!

For orders under €50,- you pay €6.99 shipping costs (Belgium €6.99).
Ship to another country? Send an e-mail to info@Travel-icious.com and ask for the shipping costs.
