    Frequently Asked Questions

    You’ll receive your custom itinerary within 5 business days of submitting your form and completing payment. For Premium packages with a video call, we’ll schedule the call within 3 business days.
    I plan trips worldwide — Europe, Asia, the Americas, Africa, and the Middle East. I specialize in destinations that work well for families with children of all ages.
    The Quick Plan and Full Trip Plan include one round of small adjustments (e.g. swapping a hotel or activity). The Premium plan includes a full revision. Major redesigns are quoted separately.
    Once I receive your request, I’ll reply within 48 hours to confirm details and send a payment link via PayPal or bank transfer. Work begins after payment is received.
    My service covers planning and recommendations — I don’t make bookings on your behalf. However, I provide all the information and links you need to book quickly and confidently yourself.
    A 30-minute Zoom call where we walk through your itinerary together, answer any questions, and I share insider tips that aren’t in the written plan. It’s particularly useful for complex or long trips.
